The XFR is essentially an updated, improved version of the popular XF sedan, also by Jaguar. The XFR is will be in the category of “Super Sedans” (eg. sedans that are built to handle and perform like supercars), and is expected to be an excellent challenger for cars such as the American made Cadillac CTS-V, the new BMW M5, the Audi S6, and the Mercedes E63 AMG sedan. The XFR will run alongside inter-company sedans like the XF as mentioned earlier, and the XJ concept that will also be debuted in 2010.
